Encrypted, end to end
- Every note, folder, file and earlier version is encrypted on your devices. We can't read them
- Your key syncs through iCloud Keychain, so your notes open on your other devices with nothing to type
- Save a recovery key in Settings › Privacy & Security, for when none of your devices is nearby
- Approve an AI on your iPhone or Mac: type the two-digit number your browser shows
- Each device shows a notice when an AI connects, with Disconnect
- Get a notification on your iPhone or Mac when an AI asks to connect
- Export your notes as Markdown from Settings › Privacy & Security
- Connect Incredible from Connect an AI
- Import from Evernote, Google Keep, or Markdown and text files (Obsidian, Notion, Bear and more), with folders, checklists and attachments
- One Import Notes button on the setup card, for Apple Notes and the rest
- Use a template from ambernotes.app/templates and it opens in Amber Notes, ready to add to a folder
- "Use this note" on a shared note copies it into your own notes
- After updating, connect your AI apps once more
